Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Payment plan options are shown at checkout.

I'll be traveling to the location. Can you help me coordinate?

The hotel is located in Oliverea Valley (Big Indian, NY), approximately 2-hours from New York City and 90-minutes from Albany. For those flying in, we recommend either the Albany airport (ALB), or any of the New York City airports (JFK, LGA, EWR). For those driving, there are parking spaces available at the hotel. Buses are also available to Big Indian via Trailways, as well as Uber and taxi services. Once everyone is registered, we can help connect you with other participants with similar itineraries. If you have questions about coordinating your travel to the hotel, please reach out to admin@alizakelly.com.

What are the accommodations and location like?

Eastwind Oliverea is beautiful hotel, located in the breathtaking Catskill Mountains. The hotel itself includes Scandinavian-style decor, vintage flair, and modern amenities for a cozy and relaxing experience. The Catskills is one of the most magical places on earth, with enchanted forests filled with fairies and endless possibilities.

I have a dietary restriction. Will you be able to accommodate me?

Of course! We will be asking for everyone’s dietary restrictions prior to the event and working with our wonderful partners to ensure that everyone has plenty of delicious food to eat throughout the weekend.

Do I need to have any knowledge of astrology or spell-work to join?

Aliza’s retreats are beginner-friendly. No matter your skill level, you’ll be able to fully enjoy our programming and actively participate in your personal growth journey. You belong!

I am a professional practitioner. Is this retreat right for me?

The programming is thoughtfully curated to benefit all skill levels, and Aliza will offer personalized guidance throughout the retreat. We’ll be focusing on cultivating authenticity and building confidence through a variety of modalities. We hope you’ll join!

Can I bring my friend who knows nothing about astrology?

We love it when people bring friends! No astrology or spell-work experience is necessary to attend this retreat, so your friend is more than welcome to register and attend.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We understand that emergencies, unexpected changes, and last-minute shifts are inevitable, and sometimes travel plans need to be adjusted. We also hope you’ll understand that, as a business, we have policies in place that we need to uphold. Cancellations 90-days or more (before March 21, 2025) in advance will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after March 22, 2025.
